What is anger?

Sometimes a court will require you to take a class if you are going through a divorce or have shown signs of losing your temper. But the best reason is to give yourself communication skills that will help you in developing better relationships with your children, family coworkers, and friends.


Is anger management psychotherapy?

No. Anger management training will give you skills and understanding of healthier ways to deal with anger and stress. In fact, it is important to note that anger is not recognized as a disorder, and anger management is not therapy. It is instructional only.
